Terms & Conditions (Summary)

Terms & Conditions — Sprachakademie Harz / Business Mission GmbH

Scope: These terms apply to all bookings made via sprachakademie-harz.de or by email.

Services: Group immersion programmes (fixed dates) and individual courses (on request). All programmes include approx. 20 hours of German instruction per week, accommodation in the Harz region, full board, and cultural/nature excursions. telc examinations are optional.

Booking: The contract is formed upon receipt of our written booking confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your place.

Payment:

• Individual courses: full payment in advance

Cancellation by participant:

• 60+ days before: full refund (minus €50 processing fee)
• 30–60 days: 50% refund
• 15–29 days: 25% refund
• Less than 15 days: no refund
• One free rebooking permitted if requested 30+ days before start

Cancellation by provider: Full refund if programme is cancelled due to insufficient participants or force majeure.

Governing law: German law. Place of jurisdiction: Clausthal-Zellerfeld.
